Chikungunya Antigen Test Kit(Serum/Plasma/Whole Blood)

Introduction

The Chikungunya virus Antigen Test Kit is an in vitro qualitative immuno chromato graphic assay,then for the rapid detection of Chikungunya virus antigens in human Serum /plasma/ Whole Blood.

The test helps diagnose acute chikungunya virus infection.

This test is for in-vitro test use only.

Storage Condition:

The test device should keep at 2 to 30˚C .then it will be effective until the expiration date stated on the package.

Test Procedure:

1. Remove the appropriate number of Chikungunya virus Test Kit pouches from the kit box.
2. Then tear open the foil pouch and remove the device. Lay the test device on a clean, then flat work surface.
3. Add 1 drop (about 30ul) Serum / plasma/ WholeBlood into sample well with a pipet,then add 2 drop(about 80ul) of wash buffer provided in the dropper bottle holding the bottle vertically from the sample well.
