Zika IgG/IgM/NS1 Test Kit (Serum/plasma/whole blood)

1. Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible.

2.Place the test device on a clean and level surface.

3.Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 1 drops of specimen(approximately 10ul) to the “S” well of the test device.

4.Then hold the dropper vertically and add 2 drop of buffer(approximately 70ul) to the specimen well(S) of the test device and start the timer.

5. Wait for colored lines to appear. Read results within 5-15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.

Positive: Control line and at least one test line appear on the membrane. The appearance of G test line indicates the presence of zika specific IgG antibodies. The appearance of M test line indicates the presence of zika specific IgM antibodies. And if both G and M line appear, it indicates that the presence of both zika specific IgG and IgM antibodies. The lower the antibody concentration is, the weaker the result line is. 
Negative: One colored line appears in the control region(C).No apparent colored line appear in the test line region.
